Engaged Substitute Preschool Assistants Wanted!

We are currently looking for engaged substitute preschool assistants for our unit!

At the preschools Blåklockan, Ekdungen, and Dimslöjan, we work in age-appropriate groups based on a project-oriented approach.

As a substitute with us, you will cover the absence of regular staff and work in various child groups based on the needs of the operation.

Your tasks will include participating in projects and teaching alongside children and other educators, as well as participating in and supporting children in all routine situations that are part of preschool operations.

We want you to be a trained preschool assistant, driven and engaged with a belief in the competent child. You collaborate and communicate well with colleagues and children. You have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing. You need to have a conscious approach and be a skilled relationship builder who always works in the best interest of the children. You need to be an active, present, and engaged educator.

Personal qualities weigh heavily in this recruitment.

The positions constitute intermittent employment with a temporary contract where you are paid by the hour and called in as needed in connection with the shorter absence of regular staff.
